• Trekking shoes and Socks.
• Sleeping bag (3 season temperature) , mattress as lightweight at possible
• Jacket and pants (Waterproof / windproof rain/snow/wind. Lightweight warm top and light soft shell or fleece jacket)
• Main backpack plus a small attacking backpack.
• Ski or trekking poles (stick).
• Gloves (Polar or Wool with liner).
